What We Collect

When you submit a consultation request through our website, we collect the information you provide directly:

  • Your name and phone number (required)
  • Your email address and city (optional)
  • The project type and any details you share about your vision
  • Any photos you choose to upload of your yard or property

We do not use cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics on this site. We do not collect browsing data.

How We Use It

Your information is used solely to follow up with you about your pool project:

  • To contact you about your consultation request
  • To review your yard photos for feasibility and design planning
  • To manage your project internally through our staff portal
  • To communicate with you about scheduling, pricing, and project status

We do not use your data for marketing, advertising, or any purpose beyond your pool project inquiry.

Who Has Access

Access to your personal data is strictly limited. Only authenticated staff with admin-level portal access can view your submission details, notes, and uploaded photos. Our staff portal requires login, and data access is governed by role-based permissions — only admin users can read, update, or delete consultation requests and associated notes. We do not share, sell, or rent your data to any third party.

How Long We Keep It

We retain your consultation request and associated data for as long as needed to serve your project. If you become a client, your data is kept for the duration of the project and for a reasonable period afterward for warranty and reference purposes. If you do not move forward with a project, we will remove your data upon request or after 24 months of inactivity, whichever comes first. Uploaded photos are stored securely and can be deleted at any time at your request.

Your California Privacy Rights (CCPA)

If you are a California resident, you have the following rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA):

  • Right to Know: You can request a summary of the personal data we have collected about you and how it has been used.
  • Right to Delete: You can request that we delete your personal data, subject to certain legal exceptions.
  • Right to Opt Out of Sale: We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for any purpose. No sale of your data occurs, so there is nothing to opt out of — but you have this right regardless.
  • Right to Non-Discrimination: We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.

To exercise any of these rights, simply call us at (949) 338-3041 or submit a request through our contact form. We will respond within 45 days, as required by California law. If you have an account in our staff portal, you can also submit a deletion request directly from the settings page.

Data Security

Your data is stored on secure, access-controlled servers. All staff portal access requires authenticated login, and data access is governed by role-based permissions. Uploaded photos are validated server-side and stored in secure cloud storage. While no system is 100% secure, we take reasonable measures to protect your information.
