City Permits & Association Review

Pool permits come from the City of Rancho Santa Margarita. Most neighborhoods also sit under a master association and often a neighborhood association, each with architectural review of exterior work.

We prepare the city permit and association packages together. On hillside lots we add engineered drainage and geotechnical review before anything is submitted, so the reviews see a complete, engineered plan.

Yes. Hillside lots need geotechnical review, engineered drainage and sometimes retaining work, which we plan before the design is final.
