Modern Geometric Custom Pool & Spa in Tustin, CA

Project Specs

The Challenge

The contemporary home's architecture dictated strict geometric lines — every radius in the design was squared off to match the facade. Equipment was sited behind a screen wall to preserve the clean sightlines from the house, and the waterline tile was matched to the home's exterior palette during HOA review.

The Solution

Every line was drawn to match the home's architecture: square corners, a clean-lined sheer-descent spillway, and a glass tile waterline matched to the exterior palette — so HOA review cleared on the first submission. Equipment was sited behind a screen wall to preserve the sightlines from the house, and the integrated spa and LED step lighting carry the geometric language into the water. The finished pool reads as an extension of the home, not an addition to the yard.
