Custom Pool & Spa with Water Feature Wall in Placentia, CA

Project Specs

The Challenge

Our second build on the same Placentia street: we sequenced staging and deliveries to keep the neighbors' street clear, and matched the finish tones to the neighborhood's existing palette so both builds feel like they belong on the same block.

The Solution

The build pairs a custom gunite pool with an integrated spa and a water feature wall along the rear line, finished in tones matched to the neighborhood's existing palette. The modern hardscape lounge area wraps the shallow end, and LED pool and landscape lighting extend the yard's usable hours after dark. Two Coastline builds on one street — with neighbors who watched both come together — is the kind of word-of-mouth portfolio that matters in a word-of-mouth city.
