The Challenge
An estate-scale build coordinated around mature landscaping: we staged material deliveries around the existing trees and documented progress with weekly drone passes so the owners could watch the transformation remotely without disrupting the property.
The Solution
The design centered the pool on the estate's axis so the water features read from the main lawn, wrapped it in travertine, and built the outdoor kitchen, fire feature, and lounge zones into the deck as one plan. Deliveries were staged around the existing trees and weekly drone passes documented every phase, so the owners followed the build remotely while the property stayed untouched. The result is a full outdoor living estate — pool, spa, kitchen, and lounge — that looks like it was always part of the property.
